now this is a book I was looking forward to reading. As a Freidda McFadden fiend I had high hopes. Perhaps I had too high hopes as I finished feeling a little disappointed. There was no problem with the story or the characters however the twists didn’t have my jaw on the floor, they were not predictable but nothing new for friedda. The general book structure was along the lines of many of her others. Have I read too many that I am bored of Freidda ? No it can’t be, I can’t of ruined this incredible author so easily. Perhaps I need to take a frieda break. This book was easy to read, interesting and at the start it had me on the edge of the seat, sadly the ending just didn’t live up to my internal hype.
